At Aroma360, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scenting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all scent oils are sealed and diffusers are protected from damage during transit.
- 3.Ship Back to Us
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they meet our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
